December 2022 Summary

Happy Holidays everyone! With Christmas and my wedding this month, I didn’t have much time to achievement hunt or play much throughout the middle of December. I played some games I’ve played previously and listed below are new ones added to the “at least I’ve pressed start” on them list. I really had a fun time with chatventures and hope to come back to it. However, it seems to have a steep curve in regards to progress. The beginning is easy but then suddenly there’s a whole lot more to do and defeat.

I also have really been loving Clutter 12. It is my first game in the series to have played, but I enjoy the handmade feeling of it with personal stories of the developer peppered throughout. Some levels are challenging while others are relaxing and overall it’s something I really have been liking. My wife also loves playing it with me which is definitely a plus!

My measly three minutes in Fantasy Zoo is due to the fact that it is simply not in a position to be played thoroughly right now. It needs a lot of work. It does have potential and I’m excited for when it is fully fleshed out, but right now there’s only so much to be done.

Hopefully the new year will bring more time to work through my backlog and check out many games I’ve been interested in, but haven’t had the time to press start on.
