That's it! I'm done! No more Zombie slaughtering - although I certainly put Rick and Friends to shame! 20 Zombies in under 5 sec. Come on, Rick! That's real Zombie killing!
Originally I got both How To Survive games to play with a friend. That never happened. So now I've beaten the whole thing on my own. But I'm really not good with these games. And I really have no ambition to complete it either. It's just too much. But I did lots of Zombie killing and I rescued a few ppl. So that's fine.
I really like the crafting thing. Which is mostly why it caught my interest in the first place. But MAN! The bags are way too small to carry all the crap around. Bc you never know what you might need. And I never thought about leaving them at a smart place. Things don't disapeare. That's really nice. Also really nice is how the music tells you how much Zombies are incoming. Pretty handy really.
Right. I'm a bit at loss, what else to say about it.
But if you like Hack and Slash/Survival/Zombie games, I'm sure you'll enjoy this. So:

This is pure madness! HLTB has 6 1/2 - 9h for this game. It took me 18! Ok, so I have a cat who occasionally gets up and sits in front of the monitor, so I have to take breaks. Yes, I sometimes stare at the words and don't get it, bc either my brain has a lag or… I just don't get the stock thing. Right, that already happened with the first game :]
With this game everything is purrfect. If only they would have let out the whole stock, smart ass stuff. Purely the story of our heroes - or such. And bam! Story super short, Nin enjoys the reading, everybody happy. But it's not. So everything is purrfect apart from the story - for me. It's just too much, too dry, too tedious!
So I still have the third part ahead. I shall not place it in either batch nor in ABC list or such. NEVER AGAIN! I kinda hope it'll be lighter, but I had that hope with the second already and look how that worked out. So… yeah, I should just assume loads of dry stock stuff and I might just encounter a surprise. When ever I have enough courage to do this…

Woho! More ABC progress!
Cat Story ahead!
Since we had a bit of sunshine, we did the obvious: visit the garden. After setting up the cat fence, it’s all safe and ready for warmer weather already. In February o.o So we did, what we normally do. Me lazing around, Ameno sneaking around the garden, scaring the occasional birdie and Tizio trying to be a super brave cat and not getting scared by scary birdies. Na, not true really, he loves sitting underneath a bush and having a bird land in said bush. He even starts talking with them – doesn’t help though. Since Tizio decided it might be safe with three humans, one doggo and his cat mate, he bounced around the flowerbed. And after that he wanted to inspect the shed of my dad. Meanwhile Ameno snooped out birdies and sat in the bushes. So when Tizio was in front of the shed, he saw this white fluff sitting there. He must have realized it was Ameno, otherwise he would have run for it. But instead he arched his back and made himself bigger. I even wondered if he would start hissing or growling, but nope. Ameno on the other hand realized something was going on and came over real careful. Like “really don’t wanna set that big cat off!” The closer he got, the more Tizio shrank back in normal size, but they were still super careful with each other. Until they were face to face, and suddenly Tizio shoved his nose in Amenos face and was all happy. Buuuuuut he didn’t really turn his back on Ameno. Super funny though. That never happened before.

Dad Tip #71 - Good tire pressure is essential to optimal mileage
I gave up on How To Survive. Way too difficult when faced with hordes of zombie ostriches, way too much backtracking, and yeah the backpack is way to small. Also the camera sucks. Props for sticking with it and beating it.
I know, right? It’s pure horror! And not in the horror sense :D
Well I mostly used the crossbow, I think that helped a lot, because you just shot, shot, shot! And in the end all of them are just lying on the ground and you are the last man standing. I just hope the second is not as… horror :D
Oh I don’t think I had the crossbow when I gave up. Everything I had required waiting to aim properly to 1 hit kill.
Well first I had a bow and at some point it turned into a crossbow and then it was basically easy. Buuuuut I did play on easy mode. Bc waaaaay to much trouble to play it on anything else :D
hey nin , i feel you on world end economica… I had started n°3 and then they added the HD version… I thought “cool, let me download that” and guess what? the saves are not brought over… not only that but it looks like that the HD version is missing the little dots in the corner that show at which chapter/point in the story you are….
which is a damn shame, I am not gonna touch the HD version because of that, gonna go back to the standard one, what a shame! ! !

About the dots. I never saw them. Dunno why, but I just… didn’t? I fast forwarded once and then looked at the CGs to see how much there was still to come :]

Ooooh how is Guardians of the Galaxy? I’m such a huge fan of the Telltale Series but after Minecraft and Batman I kind of lost my interest in their games (except fot TWD of course <.<) so I don’t know if it’s worth buying?
Oh, conflict! So far the only TT game I disliked was the GoT one. I would say it’s worth it! But I dunno, since you didn’t like Minecraft nor Batman. Do you like Guardians of the Galaxy? ;)
Oof. Got was a so-so. I did like it partway but it wasn’t their best work for sure… I also don’t like the Borderlands series but loved the TT adaption… If it’s similiar funny as Tales from the Borderlands I’d give it a shot I guess?
Borderlands was better and more funny! But yeah, I enjoyed this one too :)

I probably will miss TT after the last episode of TWD next month and won’t have a choice then anyway :,D

You mean 4 :P The Final Season, yes. I almost forgot that it was deleted from the steam store and that it will only be available at some other store… Aw man. It’s really awesome this far and I can’t so not wait for episode 4 >.< There was such a huge cliffhanger! I miss them too already :/

That’s pretty funny about the cats encountering each other. You’d think that they would have picked up each others’ familiar scents instead of approaching like they were unknown monsters.
I’m super sure they knew though! Otherwise Tizio would have run for it and Ameno would totally have gone into attack mode :]

Yes, me too! Last night I gave up on it, since I apparently encountered the bug in chapter three. I hope it’s gone today, otherwise I’ll have to abandon it and I would hate that, because I love my TT games excluding the GoT one… :]

Yeah, at the Bar. First it froze when I asked Mantis to tell me the whole story and after I managed to avoid that one, the Sisters wouldn’t start fighting. But some suggested that restarting the games helps. Sooooo today it worked! Finished the 3rd chapter just now! \o/
Oh damn glad you got it fixed so I will get to see your opinion on it. Personally it ended up becoming my 2nd favourite game solely for the fact I felt like my choices did matter for the most part. There were some parts where it just acted like my choices werent a thing
