Another brief report with mostly stats, but by some small miracle, no game was added to the backlog this month. I hope you’re all doing ok, stay safe and have fun.

Congrats on no addition to your backlog! But the highlight section seems a bit lonely now. ;P

EvilBlackSheep

Don’t worry, I’m sure it won’t last

Zelrune

Congratulations on all of your assassinations! you played a bunch of neat games this time, Necrobarista sounds really cool and Crown Trick reminds me of pokemon mystery dungeon. (Enemies don’t move in the dungeon unless you do.)

EvilBlackSheep

Necrobarista was actually on the disappointing side for me, sadly (finished it yesterday so it’ll go into next month’s beatens but yeah i was already almost done with those 4 hours). It had some neat aspects but I never really could get completely into it, it has crazy loading times and slow downs (yes in a VN) and the first 2/3 of the game were kinda slow and boring. It’s really hard to recommend it. :/

I’ve never played Mystery dungeon games, I should grab one at some point. Crown trick has great visual design but somehow i ended up being a bit unsatisfied with it (I guess with all the roguelikes I play, it doesn’t go in the top category of those I keep going back to, but it’s not bad per se either).

RileyHisbert

Dang, congratulations!

How’d you enjoy Cozy Grove? I’m looking forward to the next update, they’re adding some new animals + access to inside your tent :)

EvilBlackSheep

I love Cozy Grove. I finished it but I’ll probably go back to it as I’m still missing some cheevos and I just feel the game is good at helping me decompress and chill a little. I am kind of excited that we’ll finally be able to access inside the tent. I hope it’s like the tardis, bigger on the inside.

Skatrzoo

Nice, now that you finally finished cozy grove you’re free from all addic-

Diablo 3

EvilBlackSheep

I-i-i don’t know what you mean… :sweats: I’ve only picked up diablo 3 because it was already installed on my switch and a bunch of my friends were talking about the Diablo 2 remake, and I didn’t wanna cave into this. It has been a good occupation for when I can’t sleep but am too lazy to go turn the PC back on. I’m not getting too addicted yet and I’m not sure if I will cuz first time I tried i got bored quite fast (comparing to how much time you can put into it)

Skatrzoo

Probably for the best. It’s the only thing I played for like 2 months straight when I got into it. I couldn’t imagine playing something like that on a switch though.

EvilBlackSheep

I was actually not convinced either before tryin, but it’s surprisingly confortable.
